Trade show booth staff

Booth Hostesses

The first person a visitor meets at your booth.

Booth hostesses greet visitors, qualify them, and hand the right ones to your sales team — keeping the stand welcoming and the flow moving when the aisle gets busy. We staff conventions nationwide, with our largest teams in Las Vegas and South Florida.

FAQs

What is the difference between a booth hostess and a trade show model?
Mostly emphasis. A booth hostess leads with hospitality — greeting, qualifying and directing visitors — while a trade show model may also present product or run demos. Many bookings mix both; tell us what the booth needs and we will staff to it.
Can booth hostesses use our lead retrieval app?
Yes. Badge scanning and lead capture are standard booth duties. Tell us which system the show uses when you book and the team is briefed on it before doors open.

Tell us what you need. We'll build your shortlist.
